Want to know the importance of having a good location?
One location can make you rich while another can make you poor.
Now some who are reading this may say, there's no way a location can make you poor. Well let me tell you a fact, costs from an unproductive site add up. In fact they don't only add up they spiral out of control. You see the thing about advertising and what many advertisers fail to mention in their pitches. Is that location is not only about the amount of footfall and drive through traffic. But it’s about the audience themselves. Let me put this into perspective.
If you have a 1000 people who can barely afford £1 per day or a 1000 people who can afford £20 per day, which group would you prefer to advertise to? If
you say the £1 audience you should stop reading now as this message isn't for you! :D
Now for the rest of us with more common sense, we know it’s the audience who have the larger expendable budget of £20 per day. No disrespect to the £1 audience but for our business to work we need an audience who have the reserves to spend more. That’s why I say
Location location, location
As it’s the difference between your business flying high... or tumbling to an epic crash
The display location we have in Walthamstow is a place I’ve personally watched over 20 years turn from a forgotten place to being one of London’s trendiest places to be.
Believe me when I say I’ve seen places that were seedy and dark turn into areas affluent like South Kensington. Every time I walk past Walthamstow Village I'm shocked at just how much its changed in what seems like such a short time, its clear that real thought and investment has gone into creating the Walthamstow that has this buzz around it.
So why not be a part of this rising trend and showcase your brand to the people of Walthamstow. All it takes is for the right person to see your brand and the possibilities of where you could end up are endless. Just this week I was at the Hoe street digital display location and was physically counting the number of pedestrians and vehicles who passed the display ( I need a life I know :D ) and I counted that even during none busy periods of the day at least 7 vehicles or pedestrians would pass every 10 seconds... all I'll say is that, that's a lot of potential eyes, and starting from just £20 per week you can be placed directly in this mix of action.
